Refund Policy

100% Money Back Guarantee

  • A user is eligible to receive a full refund if we are unable to verify their rental payment history.
  • ALL Refund Requests must be made within 90 days of our first reporting your rent to the credit bureau(s). Refund requests made after the 90 days will not be processed.
  • A user is eligible to receive a full refund for the verification fee if they cancel prior to our data upload.

Why does The Verification Company withhold a service fee?

Accounts that continue to go UNRESPONSIVE and are still eligible for a refund will be charged $25 per month (this includes partial months) of any fees charged. We send UNRESPONSIVE accounts on average 10 messages a week. If you do not reply to our communication, the $25 fee per month will apply.

Our team wants to get you the credit score you deserve and keep you on track. We do our best to help you, but in some cases, your data will produce less than desirable results.

We are not liable for scores dropping or failing to report Some examples of why that would happen are as follows:

  • A 30-day late payment was reported by your landlord and included in your results
  • You attempted to report a private mortgage
  • You attempted to report an illegal sublease
  • You attempted to report a second lease that was during the same time frame as another lease you already reported.
  • You attempted to report a commercial property
  • You were asked to provide additional documentation; like confirmation of residence or a photo ID and you refused to do so.
  • In any of these cases The Verification Company is not liable and will not issue a refund

If you attempt to provide false information to our company, we will not be issuing any refund. We believe that honesty is the best policy and will still try to help you, but we have a zero tolerance policy for providing false information.
